Hovis Bakeries in the South East is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to join our HR team, partnering with regional leadership across Stevenage, Walthamstow and other sites.

You will lead the regional people agenda and develop impactful people plans aligned with business priorities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach managers, drive change, engagement and capability, and develop a four-strong HR team including Occupational Health.
