Hove Village Day Nursery provides a warm, stimulating environment for children where they feel secure, nurtured, and settled. Our Hove Library setting is looking for an ambitious and experienced room leader to join the team. Located inside the historic Hove Library building, this nursery offers a special environment where children have access to the library's stories, books and a literacy-rich setting. We also have an Outdoor Learning Garden behind the setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
