Residential Surveyors

Houzecheck are recruiting residential surveyors, must have experience in providing valuations and level 2 surveys as a minimum requirement. We currently operate a consultant and partner model but are looking to complement this with a core group of employed experienced Chartered Surveyors with FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS and 2 years PQE. We are offering full and part time roles with competitive salaries, commission structure and benefits.

Key Skills

• Customer and client focussed
• Lender and private valuation experience preferred
• Excellent building methodology
• Ability to work to customer driven timescales for service excellence

Qualifications

• Residential experience, at least 2 years PQE
• FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS and VRS
