Houzecheck is expanding and we are looking to recruit experienced Residential Surveyors to join our growing team. We currently operate a successful consultant and partner model and are now looking to complement this with a core group of employed Residential Surveyors. These roles will initially focus on private client work, with the opportunity to undertake a small volume of lender valuations in due course.

We are offering full-time positions (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) with competitive salaries, an attractive commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role

  • Undertaking residential valuations
  • Carrying out Level 2 (Homebuyer)
  • Delivering high-quality reports to private clients
  • Managing workload to meet customer-driven service standards

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential surveying
  • Professional qualification: FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS
  • VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme) registered
  • Strong experience in valuations and Level 2 surveys (Level 3 desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of residential building construction and methodology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work to tight timescales while maintaining service excellence
  • Lender valuation experience (preferred but not essential)
