Key Responsibilities Preparing presentations of both video and data for a range of audiences including executives, coaches, and other relevant staff. Lead in the maintenance of the club databases including data imports and updates. Act as a facilitator for scouting staff to engage with player data. Maintain up to date knowledge of current research. Conduct player research including technical, physical, and social characteristics. Assist members of the data and recruitment analytics team on any project as required. Assist the members of Sporting Team as required. Provide individual player reports to be inputted onto the CFCW scouting portal. What you will bring to the role FA Talent ID Level 1 & 2 (or working towards) Video editing experience Can produce telestrated video reports Demonstrates an interest and understanding of Women’s football. Excellent presentation skills. Can work independently and as part of a team. Creative problem solver with the drive and discipline to learn and develop new skills. Capable with Power BI and Tableau.
