The roleAs we double down on growing our mobile user base, we are seeking a results-driven Mobile Marketing Performance Lead to spearhead acquisition and engagement strategies across app-focused performance channels. In this role, you will own and scale our mobile marketing efforts across app stores, networks, and owned channels. You will develop high-impact strategies to increase installs, optimise retention, and drive LTV – working closely with creative, analytics, product teams.
Responsibilities Develop mobile marketing strategies for RMG, financial and gaming applications for both Android & iOS platforms across the world.Lead a team of UA-managers, along with hands-on execution of mobile marketing strategies across Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social, other ad networks (i.e. Unity, Applovin, Vungle) and DSPs (i.e. Moloco, Liftoff).Partner with the creative team to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives, leveraging data and consumer insights to guide production.Drive A/B testing across creatives, placements, targeting to maximise user quality and achieve KPIs.Extract insights from BI tools and dashboards to analyse campaign performance and user cohorts, guiding strategic decisions.Stay ahead of platform changes (iOS privacy updates, Android SDK changes, etc.) and continuously adapt growth tactics.Manage vendor relationships with UA platforms, MMPs, and tool providers to unlock access to betas, insights, and innovation.Oversee ASO activations across Android and iOS platforms, driving keywords strategy and AB tests for custom pages.Develop and manage the User Acquisition team.
QualificationsFour years of experience in mobile user acquisition or mobile growth, ideally within a high-scale B2C or gaming/entertainment app environment. Strong track record managing mobile performance campaigns with Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social and other ad networks and DSPs.Experience scaling UA campaigns worldwide.Expertise in mobile analytics and attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar.Proficient with ASO techniques and tools for both iOS App Store and Google Play Store.Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including attribution models, SKAdNetwork, privacy changes, and LTV modelling.Strong data literacy with the ability to build and interpret dashboards, reports, and campaign analytics.Experiencing collaborating cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, and product managers in a fast-paced, agile environment.Comfortable managing budgets across geographies and allocating spend based on ROI performance.
