What Your Day Will Look Like As a Delivery Manager at Hawk-Eye, you’ll be at the forefront of some of our biggest technology projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of initiatives that drive our company’s success. You will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, including new product development, system integrations, and enhancements to our technical tools and infrastructure.
- Create a project environment that empowers teams to perform at their best while anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Track and communicate project timelines effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned with company priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and TechOps teams to coordinate the development process.
- Help to ensure that product development activity is efficient, effective and in line with the companies strategic direction.
- Work closely with elite sports organisations and our internal teams of skilled professionals to execute impactful projects.
- Be the go-to expert on project management best practices, guiding projects from ideation through to execution.
- Adapt quickly in a reactive environment, assessing impacts and proposing solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
- Utilise data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency and measure the success of outcomes.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps, cloud technologies, and technical product development processes.
- Understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams.
