Houston pharmacy is part of a small independent family run business. We are looking to recruit a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to be part of the team. Pharmacy experience is essential and you should have the NVQ2 dispensing qualification.
As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will be friendly, helpful and be a strong team player. Your main responsibilities will be to help the smooth running of a busy pharmacy, offer healthcare advice and customer service, deal with stock management and handle customers' expectations. You will be responsible for supporting the pharmacist in labelling and assembling of prescriptions and admin relating to the dispensing process. You will answer phone calls and respond to enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals. You will provide excellent customer service to patients.
Requirements:
- NPA, Buttercups or equivalent dispensing assistant course
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
This position requires a responsible and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively as part of a team. The Pharmacy Dispenser will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications in a timely manner.
