Houston & Hawkes is looking for an experienced Reception & Hospitality Coordinator to join our team at our prestigious client site on London.

This is a polished front-of-house role for someone who understands the importance of first impressions. You'll be at the heart of the client experience, providing a warm and professional welcome to guests while ensuring reception, meeting rooms and hospitality service run seamlessly throughout the day.

We're looking for someone with confidence, warmth and exceptional attention to detail - a natural host who enjoys looking after people and takes genuine pride in delivering an outstanding experience.

THE ROLE

• Provide a professional, warm and welcoming reception service for clients, guests and visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and switchboard duties efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure reception and front-of-house areas are beautifully presented and maintained throughout the day.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are prepared and presented to an exceptional standard.
• Support the hospitality team with meeting-room service, including the delivery of beverages and refreshments.
• Assist with meeting-room set-up and reset, ensuring every detail is ready ahead of guests arriving.
• Respond confidently and professionally to client and guest requests.
• Work closely with the wider hospitality team to provide a seamless experience across reception and meeting-room services.
• Maintain consistently high standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience within reception, corporate hospitality, front of house or a premium customer-facing environment.
• A naturally warm and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
• Confident welcoming guests and communicating with people at all levels.
• Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage changing priorities throughout the day.
• Comfortable supporting both reception and meeting-room hospitality.
• A genuine team player who takes ownership and pride in delivering exceptional service.
