Houston & Hawkes is looking for an exceptional Deputy Hospitality & Events Manager to support the leadership of a prestigious, high-end hospitality operation in the heart of London.
This is a role for someone who truly understands premium service.
You may come from a Michelin-starred restaurant, five-star hotel, private members' club or an exceptional corporate hospitality environment.
Wherever you have built your career, you will understand the detail, discretion and precision required to deliver hospitality at the very highest level.
Working within an elegant client environment, you will support the delivery of fine dining, executive hospitality and events, helping to lead a talented front-of-house team and ensuring every guest experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
THE ROLE
- Support the day-to-day leadership and delivery of premium hospitality, fine dining and events
- Create exceptional experiences for senior clients, executives and VIP guests
- Support and coordinate events from initial planning through to flawless delivery
- Support, inspire and develop a high-performing front-of-house hospitality team
- Work closely with the Head Chef and culinary team to deliver beautifully coordinated food and service
- Oversee private dining, executive lunches, meetings, receptions and bespoke events
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and understand their individual expectations
- Ensure dining rooms, event spaces and service areas are presented impeccably
- Manage rotas, labour, training and team performance
- Maintain exceptional service standards while continuously looking for ways to elevate the guest experience
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Significant management experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining or premium corporate hospitality
- A Michelin-starred, five-star hotel, private members' club or high-end restaurant background would be highly desirable
- Exceptional knowledge of fine dining service and premium events
- A polished, confident and professional presence
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a talented team
- Exceptional attention to detail and an instinctive understanding of guest expectations
- The confidence to build relationships with senior clients, executives and VIP guests
- Excellent organisation with the ability to remain calm and composed in a demanding environment
