Join Houston & Hawkes as a Kitchen Porter. This role offers flexibility, excitement, and career progression within contract catering.
Location: Central London
Salary: £14.50–£14.80 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours
Kitchen Porter Duties:
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment are kept throughout service
- Collect and wash dirty pots and pans
- Keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised at all times
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, and equipment are clean and ready for service
- Help with basic food preparation and cooking tasks when required
- Manage the emptying of bins, waste, and recycling in the kitchen
- Carrying out weekly and monthly deep‑cleaning duties in line with company guidelines
