Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and compliance with dietary and allergen requirements.
  • Manage stock, budgets, and compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH standards.
