You will work closely with our chefs, keeping the kitchen organised, spotless and ready for service while supporting the wider team wherever needed. - Keep the kitchen, wash-up and back-of-house areas exceptionally clean and organised
- Ensure pots, pans, crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for service
- Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Receive deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely and correctly
- Keep storage, waste and recycling areas organised throughout the day
- Maintain excellent standards during busy breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
- Work closely with the culinary team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Take pride in the small details that help create an exceptional kitchen environment
Previous Kitchen Porter experience within contract catering, restaurants, hotels or a professional kitchen would be an advantage - A hardworking, reliable and positive approach
