Houston & Hawkes is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead the Regent’s University London catering and hospitality operation. You will oversee diverse services including student dining, coffee bars, à la carte dining and seasonal events, reporting to the Key Account Director.
You will lead a team of 50+ across departments, develop high-performing managers and drive sustainable commercial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
