Chef de Partie - London in City of Westminster

Houston & Hawkes is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at an exceptional Central London client site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who takes real pride in their craft and wants to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients across both vibrant retail dining and refined fine dining hospitality. Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a varied food offer - from beautifully prepared everyday dishes to elegant fine dining, working lunches, canap s and high-end hospitality. Quality, seasonality, flavour and presentation will be at the heart of everything you produce.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to consistently exceptional standards
• Work across both vibrant retail dining and refined fine dining hospitality
• Support the delivery of working lunches, events, canap s and bespoke hospitality
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring preparation and service run smoothly
• Bring care, precision and attention to detail to every dish you produce
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menus, specials and new dishes
• Work closely with senior chefs and the wider kitchen team throughout preparation and service
• Support junior chefs and share knowledge where required
• Maintain excellent organisation, stock rotation, portion control and waste awareness
• Ensure exceptional food safety, allergen, hygiene and kitchen standards at all times
  Strong experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-quality fresh-food kitchen
• Experience within premium contract catering, five-star hotels, fine dining or another high-standard culinary environment
• Experience across both retail dining and fine dining hospitality is highly desirable
• Excellent cooking skills and a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Confidence working across a varied food offer and busy service
• A strong eye for presentation and consistently high standards
• Good organisation and the ability to take ownership of your section
• A positive, professional and team-focused approach
• A genuine desire to keep learning and developing as a chef
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in everything you produce
