Houston & Hawkes are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Manager to support our operations teams across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across a variety of locations. Working closely with our Operations Managers and General Managers, you will play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of sites, ensuring operational standards are maintained and teams are fully supported. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Operations Managers and General Managers across multiple sites
  • Providing operational support during busy periods, new openings and team absences
  • Ensuring consistent standards of food, service and presentation across sites
  • Supporting teams with hospitality and service delivery
  • Assisting with training and operational improvements
  • Building strong relationships with site teams and clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience within hospitality operations or contract catering
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple locations
  • Proactive and hands‑on approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
