Houston & Hawkes are looking for a superstar Barista–Host to join our team at a prestigious client site in Central London.

About The Role
As a Barista–Host, you’ll be the first person guests and employees see when they arrive – a warm smile and a friendly greeting are essential. You’ll craft excellent coffee and drinks, maintain a clean and inviting barista area, and keep the energy high with your personality and service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm welcome and great first impression to all guests
- Preparing barista-quality coffee and drinks to Houston & Hawkes’ standards
- Maintaining a tidy, inviting coffee bar and service area
- Supporting hospitality service, ensuring meeting rooms and areas are ready and presentable
- Taking pride in high standards of service, self-presentation and cleanliness
- Engaging with employees and guests in a bubbly, approachable manner
- Assisting with stock management and replenishment
- Following all food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine people person with a bubbly, outgoing personality
- Experience as a barista or in hospitality roles (corporate, events or coffee shop)
- Pride in service and attention to detail
- Confident, friendly and happy engaging with people at all levels
- A positive, can-do approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Great communication and teamwork skills
