Base pay range

Job role: Barista
Location: Epsom, KT18 5BW
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours

Barista Duties

• Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Making recommendations to customers and answering questions
• Preparing food and drinks carefully and to high standards
• Ensuring the display is well stocked
• Managing stock levels and ordering requirements
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards

Barista Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume cafes or coffee shops
• Passionate, friendly, diligent, and a great team player
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Passion for all things coffee
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with ambition to progress
• Good organisational skills
