Interest free season ticket loan and bicycle loan. Introduction PSD sets security strategy provides expert advice and delivers an operational service. The PSD Security Culture & Engagement Team is responsible for developing an effective security culture within Parliament and delivering security engagement activities to raise awareness and improve security behaviours. The Role The Senior Security Culture Advisor role is responsible for the development of an effective security culture within Parliament. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic individual to shape Parliament’s security culture, raising levels of security knowledge, awareness, and compliance across the parliamentary community, and meeting the needs of a wide ranging and highly diverse audience. The role will require an individual with well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with experience of building effective security cultures in complex organisations. Reporting to the Head of Security Culture & Engagement, the post holder will be a self-starter, able to identify the work required to meet our goals and taking responsibility for delivering this in the context of a wider security engagement team. Some of the responsibilities for this role include: Manage and develop the Security Culture work in Parliament, responsible for coordinating all aspects of Security Culture activity across the parliamentary community Design, develop and implement an approach to security culture that ensures all members of the parliamentary community understand security policy Measure impact of security engagement activity to ensure the wider team objectives of improving security culture are met Use analytical data to identify trends and challenges, interpreting this to identify areas and audiences that require additional security advice and support. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Experience of coordinating the delivery and implementation of security culture behaviour campaigns across a complex organisation. Evidence of project management with experience of implementing new security strategies and / or security culture change programmes. Experience of working with and supporting people and teams to deliver high quality output while promoting and maintaining the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion. Excellent relationship and partnership building skills, with experience of with an in depth understanding of the personnel, physical or cyber security space. Prior experience of working with national security stakeholders to translate advice from specialist organisations into actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
