We're looking for an Events & Operations Support Manager to play a key role in supporting our Operations Manager and site teams across a diverse portfolio of premium workplace restaurants and hospitality venues.

From coordinating events and supporting day-to-day operations to managing administration, HR processes and invoicing, you'll be at the heart of keeping everything running smoothly.

THE ROLE

  • Support Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of multiple sites
  • Coordinate client events and ensure every detail is organised from start to finish
  • Manage HR administration, onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and support financial administration
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and operational documentation
  • Support recruitment, compliance and people administration
  • Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational excellence
  • Provide hands-on support to sites whenever required
  • WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Previous experience within operations, events, hospitality or administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
