We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in helping us optimise the pricing of properties, with the objective of driving revenue growth, improving occupancy rates, and maximising RevPAR. This position requires someone who is not only comfortable with analysing large sets of data but also proactive in implementing insights and solutions that will directly impact our business and our clients.

  • Pricing Strategy
    • Work hands‑on to develop and implement property pricing strategies that optimise both occupancy and revenue.
    • Continuously monitor property performance and recommend price adjustments based on demand, market trends, and other relevant factors.
    • Utilise data to track and compare competitor pricing, ensuring that Houst's properties remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyse large datasets related to property performance, including revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.
    • Interpret models and algorithms to predict trends and opportunities for pricing optimisation.
    • Create detailed reports to communicate key insights to the pricing and revenue management teams.
  • Revenue Maximisation
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve overall revenue management and growth.
    • Identify patterns and insights that can be leveraged to maximise the return on properties for clients.
    • Support decision‑making processes by providing data‑backed insights and recommendations.
  • Market Trend & Analysis
    • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and market shifts.
    • Leverage insights from data to stay ahead of market fluctuations and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to collect, organise, analyse, and interpret datasets with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and high‑quality insights for decision‑making.
  • Willing to take a proactive role in driving property performance improvements and adapting pricing strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Confident with pricing algorithms, revenue management systems, and dynamic pricing tools.
  • Experience with Looker and SQL.
