We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Channels team and drive commercial performance across our marketplace distribution and pricing strategy. This is a highly analytical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges using data. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team, optimising channel performance, driving pricing and revenue initiatives, and leading strategic projects that improve commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for channel operations and marketplace performance. Set clear objectives, monitor performance and create a high-performing, data-driven culture. Prioritise work across the team to ensure operational excellence and delivery against business goals.
  • Revenue Operations & Pricing: Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximise revenue while balancing occupancy, profitability and host returns. Design, implement and evaluate pricing experiments to identify opportunities for commercial growth. Monitor revenue performance across channels and recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
  • Channel Strategy: Own relationships with online travel agencies and booking platforms. Drive expansion across distribution channels, ensuring seamless onboarding, integrations and ongoing optimisation. Identify opportunities to improve channel performance, visibility and conversion.
  • Data & Commercial Insights: Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Build and interpret dashboards using SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. Define KPIs and measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability and commercial performance. Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritise system improvements and integrations. Identify process improvements that enhance both internal operations and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Marketplace Operations or a similar analytical leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing pricing or revenue optimisation strategies.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong SQL capability and experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and turning insights into business decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through to implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly organised, naturally curious and motivated by solving complex operational problems.
