Responsibilities
- Expand Channels: Develop and execute strategies to grow our reach across booking platforms. Oversee seamless onboarding, API integrations, and functionality.
- Optimise Revenue: Experiment with pricing strategies to maximise nightly revenue, balancing occupancy with profitability.
- Track Performance: Analyse metrics to identify underperformance and implement data-driven solutions.
- Streamline Processes: Refine team workflows to enhance productivity and achieve quarterly OKRs.
- Lead the Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team.
