Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients
  • Qualify leads and pitch Houst's services via calls and emails
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Naturally competitive and results-driven
  • Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required)
  • Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus
  • Comfortable working from our London office 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota)
