We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead our global ops strategy and execution across multiple countries and functions. You’ll be part of the SLT, responsible for performance, process, and people, driving impact at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads from the front, and knows how to turn strategy into action.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end ops across guest experience, maintenance, supply chain, and platform performance
- Build and lead a global team of 70+ with 3 senior direct reports
- Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes
- Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
- Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve
- Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech-led environments
- Proven experience scaling global teams and functions
- Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation
- Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer-focused
- SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus
