We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Engagement: Manage and qualify inbound leads across various channels, assess their viability, and schedule meetings or demos with key decision‑makers.
  • Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Identify and research potential clients, generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Introduce Houst to potential partners through tailored communication.
  • Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Nurture leads with relevant information, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth transitions to the sales team for long‑term partnerships.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, track key metrics, and manage your sales pipeline with detailed documentation.
  • Communication & Value Proposition: Serve as the initial point of contact, effectively conveying Houst's value proposition and addressing client inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement: Participate in training, provide process feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent Houst at events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (2–3 years).
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Goal‑oriented, driven, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets and growing in the sales field.
