Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new properties in UK and Ireland (Both remote calls and face‑face meetings in London).
  • Create lasting relationships with clients that build trust in the initial stages of the Houst partnership.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Set up client accounts, including property details and service requirements.
  • Provide clear communication and training on Houst's services and tools.
  • Address and resolve any initial client concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e. g., sales, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
