We\’re looking for a hands‐on, strategic Director of Operations to lead Houst\’s end‐to‐end operations across markets, functions, and time zones. You\’ll sit on our SLT, own operational performance, and balance strategic thinking with practical execution.You\’ll lead 70+ people globally, manage three senior function leads, and shape how we scale operations in a tech‐driven, cost‐efficient way.
