What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end ops across guest experience, maintenance, supply chain, and platform performance.
- Build and lead a global team of 70+ with 3 senior direct reports.
- Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes.
- Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
- Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve.
- Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech-led environments.
- Proven experience scaling global teams and functions.
- Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation.
- Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer-focused.
- SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus.
