Housr is looking for an internal Talent Partner to own core recruitment and help build a structured internal hiring function. The role focuses on go-to-market hiring across Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success, in a hybrid Manchester environment.

You’ll source directly, run intake meetings, design briefs and oversee a consistent interview process, while collaborating with an external partner for senior or specialist searches as needed.
