About Housr

Housr is transforming the student property ecosystem through integrated Bills Packages, payment solutions, and operational technology that simplify lettings at scale. Operating at the intersection of PropTech and FinTech, we partner with agents, operators, landlords and developers to deliver speed, transparency, automation and revenue optimisation across the rental lifecycle. We operate in a performance-led environment where enterprise partnerships, product commercialisation, and structured go-to-market execution directly drive national revenue growth.

This is a key commercial leadership role for someone who knows how to build relationships, sell in the market, and turn strong partner networks into measurable revenue growth.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of B2B Sales to take ownership of Housr's agent and operator relationships across the UK. This role is focused on three clear commercial priorities:

  • Growing rental stock on the Housr platform
  • Driving bills package sales through agent channels
  • Launching new B2B products, starting with our PBSA product

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. We need someone who will be out in the market, building relationships with agents and operators, spotting opportunities, opening doors, and actively selling alongside the team. You'll lead and support the National Account Managers, but the main focus is performance. The team needs to feel empowered, commercially sharp and aligned around shared targets, rather than operating as individual contributors. You'll work closely with the UK President and play a central role in shaping how Housr scales the B2B side of the business nationally.

Core Objectives

  • Grow the volume of agent rental properties listed and active on the Housr platform
  • Increase bills package sales through agent referral channels, utility forms, agent data partnerships and bills-inclusive packages
  • Lead the commercial launch of Housr's PBSA product through agent and operator relationships
  • Open up new cities and markets as part of Housr's national expansion strategy
  • Improve account performance, onboarding, retention and product adoption across the existing agent base
  • Lead, support and develop the National Account Manager team

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Housr's B2B sales performance across agent and operator channel
  • Build and manage pipeline across both new business and existing accounts
  • Spend significant time in the field, meeting agents and operators face to face
  • Lead senior commercial conversations with larger agent groups and operator partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that work for both Housr and its partners

Rental Stock Growth

  • Grow the number of agent rental properties listed and active on the Housr platform
  • Work closely with agents to onboard stock, improve listing quality and drive ongoing engagement
  • Build a pipeline of new agent partners who can bring rental stock onto the platform
  • Identify where existing accounts are underperforming and take action to improve results
  • Drive bills package sales through agent referral channels
  • Improve conversion and volume across existing agent accounts
  • Identify new channel opportunities to grow package sales nationally
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing agent base

New Product Launch

  • Lead the commercial launch of Housr's PBSA product from the ground up
  • Build early pipeline and adoption through agent and operator relationships
  • Shape the go-to-market approach for PBSA within the B2B Channel
  • Feed market insight back into product and leadership teams as the product develops
  • Support the rollout of further B2B products as the roadmap grows

National Expansion

  • Lead the commercial approach for taking Housr into new cities and markets across the UK
  • Identify and open relationships with new agent and operator partners outside of current coverage
  • Work with leadership to shape how expansion is prioritised and sequenced
  • Stay close to what is happening in each local market and use that insight to guide decision-making

Team Leadership and Performance

  • Lead and empower the National Account Manager team to sell Housr's products and hit targets as a collective
  • Set clear expectations, share best practice and develop the team's commercial capability
  • Bring structure and accountability without slowing the team down
  • Own B2B pipeline visibility, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Share regular updates with the UK President on progress, risks and opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Background in PropTech, lettings, student accommodation, PBSA, utilities, payments or a closely related sector
  • Proven experience managing and growing relationships with letting agents, operators or similar commercial partners
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable working across both new business and account management
  • Experience supporting, managing or developing commercial teams
  • Commercially sharp, credible and confident in senior conversations
  • Able to build structure, process and accountability in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong market instincts and the ability to turn customer feedback into practical commercial action
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM would be useful, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

What We Offer

  • Salary and bonus: Genuinely market competitive. We're happy to disclose our benchmarked bandings during the interview process
  • Share options: The opportunity to gain from Housr's success with our share options scheme. Again, we're happy to discuss this during the interview process
  • Holiday: 25 days off, plus bank holidays each year
  • Monthly team lunches: At the end of each month, we all grab lunch together as a team and also have the afternoon off to focus on ourselves
  • Company socials: A chance to let our hair down as a team. Past socials have ranged from paintball to ping pong tournaments. We're quite competitive
  • Office: Amazing central Manchester office space

Interview Process

  • Introductory call, 30 minutes: A conversation with our team to understand your background and expectations
  • Commercial deep dive, 45-60 minutes: A discussion with the UK President focused on your experience with agents and commercial approach
  • Face-to-face meeting including presentation task, 45 minutes: A conversation around how you would approach improving and growing the B2B side of Housr
  • Final conversation with leadership: A final meeting focused on long-term fit
