We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our clients mental health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, recovery, and wellbeing. As a senior member of the team, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, supporting junior staff and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to service users with a range of mental health needs
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans
- Lead shifts and coordinate day-to-day service delivery
- Support, mentor, and supervise junior support workers
- Administer medication in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports

About You
- Previous experience in a mental health support role (essential)
- Experience in a senior or supervisory role (desirable)
