We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives within their local community. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual s needs, helping them develop independence, achieve personal goals, and maintain their wellbeing. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities * Support individuals with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing appointments. * Encourage and promote independence, choice, and dignity. * Assist with personal care where required. * Support individuals to access community activities, social events, education, and employment opportunities. * Administer or assist with medication in line with company policies and training. * Maintain accurate records and complete daily documentation. * Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals. * Follow safeguarding procedures and promote a safe environment at all times.
