We are currently looking for a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team.
Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and social interaction. Your focus will be on empowering the people we support to make their own choices, helping them achieve their personal goals, and promoting their dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
