We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our Learning Disabilities service. This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the delivery of outstanding care. You will lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register with and maintain compliance with CQC
- Lead and manage the service in line with regulatory and organisational standards
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff teams
- Manage budgets, rotas, and resources effectively
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive inspection outcomes
About You:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Learning Disabilities
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to person-centred and inclusive practice
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
