Our client, a well-established organisation supporting people experiencing homelessness and social exclusion, is looking to recruit a dedicated Complex Needs Homeless Support Worker to join their passionate team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to empowering vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life.

The Role As a Complex Needs Homeless Support Worker, you will work directly with individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness and who may face challenges including mental ill-health, substance misuse, offending behaviour, physical health issues, and trauma.

Using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, you will provide practical and emotional support while helping clients access the services they need to move towards stable accommodation and independent living.
