The Role

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, leading and developing your team while ensuring exceptional care and positive outcomes for every child. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing residential care team.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding care, safeguarding, and support for children and young people.

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
