Location: Maidenhead - with opportunity to balance with remote working

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Salesforce to lead the delivery of Housing Solutions Salesforce programme. This is a key role in ensuring our implementation is planned, coordinated and delivered in a controlled, transparent and effective way. You’ll manage the full end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle — from discovery and design through to build, testing, training, cutover, go‑live and early‑life support. You’ll coordinate internal workstreams, manage dependencies, and ensure the organisation is fully prepared to adopt new ways of working.

A major part of the role involves working closely with suppliers and systems integrators, holding them to account for delivery to time, cost and quality. You’ll also oversee programme governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and ensure that all delivery activity is well‑structured, well‑documented and aligned with organisational readiness. This includes supporting integration work, ensuring alignment between Salesforce and MuleSoft, and coordinating the transition of new capabilities into live support.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a major transformation programme that will modernise our systems, improve customer experience and strengthen how we work across the organisation.

About you

You’ll bring strong project management experience, ideally gained through delivering complex system implementations or transformation programmes. You’re confident managing multiple workstreams, coordinating suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining delivery discipline across a full project lifecycle. You’ll be comfortable building and maintaining integrated delivery plans, managing risks, issues and dependencies, and providing clear, decision‑focused reporting to senior leaders.

You work well under pressure, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and can hold delivery partners to account in a constructive and effective way. You understand how readiness, testing, training, cutover and adoption need to come together for a successful go‑live, and you’re able to support teams through change with credibility and a solutions‑focused approach. Salesforce experience is essential for this role, and experience with CRM delivery or integration platforms such as MuleSoft is also highly valuable.

What matters most is your ability to manage complex delivery, maintain structure and governance, and keep the programme moving forward. If you’re motivated by delivering meaningful change, enjoy working collaboratively across technical and operational teams, and want to play a key role in a major organisational transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
