Housing Solutions is an ambitious, high-performing housing association serving communities across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. As we deliver our new five-year strategy, Safe, Satisfied and Sustainable, we are seeking a Non-Executive Director with expertise in assets, development and customer outcomes to help shape our future. We are very clear on our purpose and we are looking for a new Board member who can contribute to how we shape homes for the future, influence strategy and importantly create lasting impact for our communities.

This is a unique opportunity to join a Board that is committed to excellence, strong governance and resident-led decision-making. Working alongside experienced Board colleagues and Executive leaders, you will help steer investment in existing and new homes, strengthen customer outcomes and support the delivery of our long-term ambitions.

We are looking for:

  • Senior leadership or Board-level experience
  • Strategic expertise in strategic asset management and/or development
  • A commitment to resident-focused services and outcomes
  • The confidence to provide constructive challenge and independent thinking
