We’re looking for a Transformation and Process Improvement Analyst to support Housing Solutions in delivering technology‑enabled transformation and service improvement. This role plays a key part in shaping, coordinating and embedding change across services, ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working genuinely improve outcomes for residents and colleagues.

You’ll take ownership of defined transformation workstreams, service improvement initiatives and projects, supporting activity from early discovery through design, testing, go‑live and early embedding. Working closely with operational services, technology teams and suppliers, you’ll help ensure change is well defined, realistic, user‑centred and aligned to organisational priorities.

Alongside formal projects, you’ll help identify and progress quick wins, process improvements, automation and digital changes that reduce friction, improve service delivery and strengthen confidence in change.

About you

You’re a practical, analytical and collaborative professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process and technology. You’re curious about how services really work day‑to‑day and are motivated by finding better, simpler and more user‑centred ways of delivering outcomes for residents and colleagues.

You’re comfortable working with operational teams, asking the right questions, and turning complex problems into clear requirements and achievable improvements. You bring structure and clarity to change activity, balancing ambition with realism, and you’re confident supporting services through testing, go‑live and early adoption.

You have a strong service‑improvement mindset, an eye for practical automation and digital opportunities, and the interpersonal skills to influence, challenge constructively and build trust across teams. Above all, you care about delivering change that sticks and makes a genuine difference.
