Contract type: Permanent, part time

Available hours: 1-3 days per week, 9am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

About The Role

Working as part of the wider Finance and Corporate Services team, you will provide flexible administrative support across the organisation, helping to ensure efficient operations, strong governance and an excellent service experience for clients and stakeholders.

This is a varied post offering exposure to a wide range of business functions, including finance, human resources, training, IT, facilities and general administration. Duties are undertaken on a rotational basis, with scope to reflect your skills, strengths and areas of interest.

About You

  • GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent) AND at least 2 years experience in a business support role OR at least 4 years experience in a business support role
  • ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team in prioritising tasks, meeting challenging deadlines and displaying high levels of initiative and judgement
  • knowledge and experience of business support functions such as finance, human resources, IT, training, facilities, and/or administrative services
  • competency in business software packages and ability to provide ICT support and problem solving
  • excellent communication skills with ability to deliver high quality customer service

A business, finance or human resources related qualification as well as experience of collaborative working in partnership with external stakeholders would be advantageous.
