Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housing Officer, based in Hertford with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing tenancy agreements, addressing anti-social behaviour issues, and providing support to tenants. Daily tasks include liaising with tenants, monitoring housing services, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations to maintain a safe and supportive community.
