Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity? We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about providing excellent customer service to the HR Business Partnering team where you’ll ensure an efficient and seamless service is delivered to the business.
The HR Business Partnering team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abri’s entire geography, working closely with the business in both a reactive and proactive manner. No two days are the same!
This is a six month fixed term role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for managers and support with the early stages of employee relations cases, providing quality advice and support where appropriate. You will take an active part in sickness absence reviews and provide note taking for all other formal meetings.
Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, providing day-to-day advice and identifying development/training needs, whilst also supporting the HRBPs in statistical information and reports.
Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential, along with excellent administration, analytical, and organisational skills.
Our aim is to keep making Abri a great place to work! We offer flexible working, so you can work from home and will be required to collaborate with colleagues in person at least three times a week at one of our offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Horndean (PO8 9NN), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), Yeovil (BA22 8WN) or London (W10 5BN).
