We are responsible for carrying out all gas repairs, servicing and boiler installations for our customers. We are accountable for ensuring our colleagues are working safely to gas regulations, keeping our customers and housing stock safe.

Are you pro-active, highly motivated, professional and friendly? Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our new Gas Engineer based in the Yeovil area. With your expertise, you’ll carry out various works including gas servicing, repairs and installation for our customers in a timely manner whilst maintaining the quality of the work to the highest of standards.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch – we want to always go above and beyond and make sure that our customers’ safety comes first. It is very important that you are working safely according to Gas Safety legislation and Health & Safety policies.

You’ll primarily carry out boiler repairs and servicing alongside installation work when required. You’ll work closely with your team by providing them with support as and when required. In this role, you’ll be an ambassador for the organisation by using your ‘can do’ attitude to provide a high-quality, ‘right first time’ service to our customers while being the friendly face of Abri.

We’ll provide you with your uniform, a van fitted with a van vault, racking and inverter, a fuel card, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools.

You’ll be required to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis, so a clean driving license is a must!
