We’re looking for an Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Damp & Mould service.
Based in our Eastleigh office , you’ll schedule, coordinate, monitor, and proactively manage operatives’ and surveyors’ diaries, helping to ensure works are delivered efficiently and that customers receive a great experience from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the person keeping everything connected.
From arranging appointments and coordinating diaries to keeping customers updated and supporting colleagues across the business, you’ll play a key part in helping us deliver an excellent Damp & Mould service.
You’ll enjoy building relationships with a wide range of people, juggling priorities and finding solutions when plans change.
Whether you’re helping a customer understand what’s happening next, working with operatives and surveyors to schedule works, or using data to identify service improvements, you’ll make sure things stay on track and our customers receive the service they deserve.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in being organised, proactive and customer-focused.
