Housing Quality Network in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a proactive Neighbourhoods Caretaker to work in our community teams. You will be out and about daily, building relationships with residents and carrying out building checks to resolve issues as they arise.
You will engage with residents, report repairs, perform simple handyman tasks, and support our garden tool hire pilot, helping to keep communal areas clean and litter-free.
