What Will You Do?

You will manage lower level arrears for our current tenants on a specific patch, and work closely with the Rent Support Officers (High Level), assisting in reducing arrears to protect the Trust’s Income. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in Income Management and tenancy sustainment.

Minimum Requirements For This Role

  • The post requires a positive and enthusiastic approach to work and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service, working to targets to deliver key outcomes for the Trust and its customers.
  • Minimum requirement for this post is 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Maths and English), or an NVQ Level 2, or equivalent qualification.
  • Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential.
  • The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
  • In line with the Trust’s Disclosure & Barring Policy, please confirm within your application if you have any current convictions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  • Additionally, due to the flexible working arrangements with this role, you will need access to a room where you can work from and a suitable internet connection.
