We are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant/ Driver to join Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group.

As a Warehouse Assistant/ Driver, you will be expected to:
- To deliver customer orders to site using a designated van. Having a professional and focused attitude, ensuring our customers receive a service which goes above and beyond their expectations.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and comply with all legislative documentation to ensure your vehicle is always compliant and safe.
- Maintain safe operations both in the branch and when working off-site by adhering to safety procedures and regulations, ensuring good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Completing warehousing duties as instructed by senior personnel when required.
- Completion of all mandatory E-Learning training and any other identified courses within set deadlines.
- To operate the BISTRACK system without error and administer all transactions as per
- Company guidelines.
- To provide a focal point for customer queries, dealing politely and efficiently with all requests for information and the preparation of sales orders. Escalate potentially
- major inquiries or problems to senior personnel.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and materials (i.e. qualities, uses, sizes, quantities, availability etc.) and to understand what items / building materials are required for our customer’s needs.
- To meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives.
- Assist and take part in annual branch stock takes
