We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to join our team.
You’ll build strong relationships with customers, providing dedicated capacity to improve environmental standards across our neighbourhoods whilst also taking on other Tenancy management responsibilities.
You will have a particular focus on communal areas, cleaning arrangements, grounds maintenance, contracts, estate inspections, service charge reviews and customer satisfaction.
This will directly support our Neighbourhood strategy themes of Clean, Green, Well Managed, Proud and Connected.
You will also get the chance to strengthen data-led decision making by using customer insight and feedback to ensure resources are targeted to the areas of greatest need.
