Would you like to help make every customer interaction count? We’d love you to join our friendly Customer Experience Team as a Service Engagement Officer.
Every day in our Contact Experience Operation is different.
You’ll use your knowledge of our systems and processes to support customers through a range of situations with confidence, care and understanding.
You’ll lead outbound satisfaction campaigns, listen to what our customers tell us and help turn their feedback into positive change.
You’ll also respond to reviews, take ownership of issues and do your best to resolve them at the first point of contact.
With support from colleagues across the business, you’ll help create better outcomes for our customers.
To help you settle into the role, previous experience in Contact Centre within social housing is desirable.
You’ll spend at least three days a week alongside colleagues in our Eastleigh office, with the flexibility to work from home or another suitable location on the remaining days.
From day one, we’ll be here to support you. You’ll receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes and values, helping you feel confident and thrive in the role.
This role is available from 21 hours per week, worked across three to five days between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
Office attendance will be agreed in line with your working pattern.
